Air Force 1 ’07 LV8 EMB “Rucker Park”

The Nike Air Force 1 Low ‘Rucker Park’ is dedicated to the renowned outdoor basketball court located in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Home to some of the hottest streetball action of the summer annually, Rucker Park is an ‘Uptown’ institution that counts guests such as Kobe Bryant, Julius Erving, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as luminaries who have taken part in organized pickup games at its location. Here, Nike honors the park’s storied history on the quintessential sneaker of NYC, the Air Force 1. The upper features a white leather base. Contrast orange stitching appears along each panel, drawing similarities to the team uniform colors of the jerseys worn by players of the Entertainer’s Basketball Classic. A white tumbled leather Swoosh with orange trim dots the mid-panel and orange ‘Nike Air’ embroidery graces the heel. A mini orange Swoosh with black ‘10039’ embroidery can be found on the heel in reference to Rucker Park’s zip code. A mini basketball emblem is located on the throat of the white mesh tongue. Nike finishes off the design with an orange outsole and a white midsole with orange ‘Air’ branding on the heel.
